CS Sumant Bhargava

Sumant Kumar Bhargava is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is the Founding Partner of SBR & CO. LLP.

His professional journey began in 2009 in Gurugram, a hub for many of India’s largest corporations and home to thousands of startups, as well as local offices for over 250 Fortune 500 companies. Relying on his entrepreneurial instincts, he established his firm, Sumant Bhargava & Co., in 2015, which he gradually transformed into SBR & Co. LLP in 2019.

Currently residing in Mumbai, the financial capital of India, he provides services to clients across various disciplines, including Company Law, Securities Law, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), non-profit organizations, and Joint Ventures.

He strongly believes in teamwork, leveraging the diverse skills, strengths, and perspectives of team members to achieve better outcomes and common goals.
