Rohit Batham is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a Bachelor of Laws. He is the Founding Partner of SBR & CO. LLP. His career started in 2014 in Delhi, working as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for a listed company, before transitioning to his passion as an independent professional by establishing SBR & Co. LLP in 2019.

Currently based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, NCR, India, Rohit is a seasoned practicing company secretary with in-depth expertise in FEMA, FDI regulations, corporate laws, and related fields. With over 10 years of experience, he excels in corporate governance, compliance management, and legal advisory.
